Carol M. Neithercut is the founder and Principal of Neithercut Strategic Marketing, LLC.
For over 20 years Ms. Neithercut has focused on business and marketing strategy for both Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer companies. With an extensive background in Market Research, Ms. Neithercut uses Market, Customer and/or internal data to drive business and marketing strategy decisions.
Ms Neithercut moved to consulting from Vice President of Marketing and Strategy positions at RR Donnelley, the world’s largest commercial printer. During her three years at RRD, she had strategy/consulting as well as branding and tactical marketing responsibilities.
Prior to RR Donnelley, Ms. Neithercut spent 16 years at the 10th largest consumer market information company in the US, where she held a variety of senior business leader, client-facing, and internal-facing positions.

Ms. Neithercut is a board member of the Metropolitan Place Condominium Association, and has served in this capacity for over six years. She is currently chairperson of Bay View Association's Long Term Planning Committee, and most recently completed a three year term on Bay View's Theatre Arts Committee. Ms Neithercut is a member of the Union League Club of Chicago, where she is an active member of the Entrepreneur Group. In addition, she is a member of the Business Marketing Association and the Marketing Executives Networking Group (MENG).
Ms. Neithercut particularly values the time she spends volunteering with two additional organizations:
Taproot Foundation, a non-profit organization that makes business talent available to non-profits working to improve society. Carol is currently leading her fourth service grant team. She donates more than 100 hours to Taproot service grant recipients annually.
Women Unlimited, a leadership development organization that focuses on high-potential women in major corporations. She recently completed mentoring her fifth team, and contributes about 75 hours annually.
